TransFactor Associates, LLC was born out of the collaboration between the experience and expertise of David Jencks providing legal and consulting services to the Transportation finance community and Rachael Lenzmeier Jencks’ experience and practice as an attorney, M.B.A. and Certified Public Account.

David is a regular contributor to International Factoring Association classes, seminars and round tables regarding transportation and represents transportation finance companies across the country on a wide range of issues.  His experience has provided him a unique insight into the best practices of transportation finance operations, underwriting, collection, and credit issues.  David has also implemented marketing techniques to increase the number of prospects and applicants for finance evaluation. David’s contacts through the transportation finance industry cause him to be involved in acquisitions and services related thereto.  David’s most rewarding opportunities come from assisting distressed transportation portfolios and leading them from underperforming to successful.

Rachael uses her skills and experience as a Certified Public Accountant and business experience to analyze, assess and prepare the financial information necessary for thorough and valuable field exam examinations.
